Pincore Dunlop-process foam sourced from Italian mills — an open, uniform cell structure that gives deep, durable support and keeps its shape through years of daily use. Our first choice for fixed and loose seat cushions.
French Dunlop FoamSeat
The same Dunlop pincore process, sourced from French mills as a parallel supply line — matched for density and performance so a seat cushion feels identical regardless of which mill it came from.
Latex FoamSeat
A more buoyant, responsive alternative to Dunlop foam, used where a seat is meant to feel lighter underneath and recover faster. Naturally breathable and highly resistant to the compression set that flattens lesser cushions.
Soft FoamSeat
A softer top layer laid over the structural foam core, giving cushions and backrests their plush, hand-dressed surface feel without sacrificing the support underneath.
High-Density FoamFor the wooden frame
Wrapped directly over the timber frame — arms, rails, seat fronts — before upholstery goes on, so there is no hard timber edge to feel through the fabric. Dense enough to hold its shape under constant contact.
